Our Condo/Cottage Policy:
A Valid Credit Card is required for deposit
14 day confirmed cancellation is required for nightly stay.
Confirmed Cancellation must be verified by
both guest & Corpus Christi Hotel within 30 days .
No refunds will be refunded after 30 days.
Unconfirmed Cancellation will not be refunded.
30 day confirmed cancellation for winter monthly stay.
Unconfirmed cancellation will not be refunded.
Down is equal to 1 nights stay min -123.00 per condo (173.00 cottage)
123.00/173.00 down is not refundable without confirmed cancellation notice.
And will be charged to your credit card.
The 10$ parking pass is not included in the rate of your room and paid directly to Front desk.
one night due at time of reservation & credited to balance due.
Excuse our mess while we renovate our exterior of Condos.
The inside of your condo has been renovated and is complete.
Any damage to condo will result in additional charge to
Guest credit card.( Rooms are inspected after stay.)
Dishes left dirty will be charged 25$/excessive cleaning 50$
Urinating or vomit anywhere but toilet must be cleaned by guest or
charged to guest credit card = 50$-100$
Towels destroyed or removed will be charged to guest credit card = 10$ ea.
Artwork removed will be charged to guest credit card = 50$ ea.
These are privately owned beach homes, Maid service not included.
You may request maid service for $40 per visit for Condo or $100 for Cottage.
Please wash dishes, remove garbage & Sweep up sand. Thank-you!
Rooms left unclean will be charged for Maid service .
All promo codes and coupons must be presented at reservation.
If you have purchased a Condo stay at a fundraiser
14 day advance reservation required and
All fundraiser purchases or gift certificates expire one year from obtaining.
Your total due must be paid 14 days prior to check-in.
Last minute Getaways upon availability.
If using Money order/Must have credit card for any guest add charges.
Upon receipt of total payment you will receive -
Codes needed to access keycard for gated property.
5$ charged for all lost "Keycards"15$ charge for lost keys not returned to lockbox.
10$ Parking Pass required and paid at front office upon your arrival.
Cottages do not require parking Pass / Parking not gated.
No pets & No Smoking NO under age drinking & Max. occupancy is 6

Seniors Please request 10% discount at time of reservation.
Military Please request discount at time of reservation.
Please let us know if you are a church, School
or organization that is tax exempt.(Tax # required)
Such organizations may qualify to pay by check/Money Order.
Requesting a reservation by phone or online implies you have read and
Agree to terms and conditions.
Once you reserve for monthly or nightly , You must cancel prior to 14 days or you will be charged the full nightly or monthly rate .
We are a busy resort and could of rented condo to another guest , therefore
NO refund of Reservation Without 14 day confirmed Cancellation. No Exceptions.
