14 day confirmed cancellation is required for nightly stay.

Unconfirmed Cancellation will not be refunded.

30 day confirmed cancellation for winter monthly stay.

Deposit is equal to 1 nights stay min -123.00

123.00   deposit is not refundable without     confirmed cancellation notice.

And will be charged to your credit card.

Any damage to condo will result in additional charge   to

Dishes left dirty will be charged 25$/excessive cleaning 50$

Urinating or vomit anywhere but toilet must be cleaned by guest or

charged to guest credit card   = 50$-100$

Towels destroyed or removed will be charged to guest credit card = 10$ ea.

Artwork removed will be charged to guest credit card = 50$ ea.

These are privately owned beach homes, Maid service not included.

You may   request maid service for 40$ per visit.

Laundry Service is available at front desk. 8.00 a bag

All promo codes and coupons must be presented at reservation.
