You must have this to get in your condo,  and you are still required to read all that is in Express Check in and reservation page. You have paid in full for your stay.

Follow signs to Corpus Christi Beach. Stay on Hwy 37 , you will see signs that say Corpus Christi Beach or USS Lexington. Hwy 181.

Cottages: Exit second exit , Beach Avenue , head toward the Beach and left on Gulfbreeze to 4601 Gulfbreeze Blvd. No Parking pass needed. Fish the Jetty ! Fishing Pole Rental is $5 a day.

Condos: Once you have gone over Harbor Bridge take a right at Burleson to the stop sign and Left on Surfside. We are at 3938 Surfside Blvd. inside the Villa. Look for Tan/Turquoise 3 story condos on Ocean side of street .

The lobby will ask you who you are staying with and will ask for a copy of your drivers license for parking pass (10$ parking pass)and give you slide cards for pools / tubs and Beach.

The lobby will have a map to direct you to your room and where to park.

Parking Passes are sold  seperately in front lobby for 10$ - this charge is not included in room rate. You need to give them  the room # you reserved..Late arrivals please get one day pass at guard shack and regular pass the following day in the office. You must have parking pass to enter .

You must know your room # and owner's name   for registration in lobby   and secret code for access once you get to your room.   You will obtain this from JoAnn at guest services 361-834-1481. DO NOT give your code to anyone. Keep your code a secret.

While self-catering is not for everyone , Most guests love the idea , we hope you enjoy our home.

You are renting someone"s beach home (much unlike the typical hotel) No maid service. Bring Extra towels and Beach Towels.   Washers and dryers on every floor and everything you need-linens , pots , pans, are supplied by the owner for your use. Ice machines in every building and BBQ'S through out the property. Your room comes with 1 toilet paper , 1 paper towel . Grocery store directions are in your room. Your   beach home has been reserved and paid for in full (plus tax)14 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations must be confirmed 30 days prior to arrival. Unconfirmed cancellations not meeting the deadline will not be refunded as we are a busy resort and could of reserved your beach home  to another guest. You will be charged if you check-in or not. 
Please read cancellation policy under our reservations link on our home page. Reserving online or by phone states that you agree to terms of our policy.  More helpful hints are posted by   the   front door of your room. For example dishes need to be washed   , garbage taken out and sand swept up from floors   when you depart-please use cleaning bucket to clean up located on top shelf of closet. Your room should be left how you found it , We will wash the linens. This effort will help keep costs down , additional charges may apply if room is left dirty. If you smash a deck chair , you are charged 20.00. If you leave pop corn in microwave for 60 minutes , You are charged 199.00 for microwave.Keep thermostat at 72*. Anything broken or stolen from the condo is charged to your credit card. Inventory is taken after every stay.Please use towels under sink for mascara or car washing.  If when you arrive you find anything unkept please call 361-834-1481 ASAP and we will bring clean linen or re-clean your room. We strive for you to have a clean stay. If you arrive after hours , We will re-clean your condo the following morning. Lobby hours : 9am - 7pm. Sundays close at 6pm. Check in is at 4pm, Any needs after 6 pm will be addressed on the next day.

Every Beach home has a private master bedroom, full bath   and a set of ships bunks.
420 sq.ft.   Single Hidda Bed (#1339) or  Queen sleeper(5"mattress) for extra kids or guests in living room and full kitchens. See how many guests your room sleeps on web site - click - room photos . Max 4 adults for total up to 5 or 6.Cleaning station onsite for your catch. A winter pool *85-95*for Condos . Pool Hours 9am-10pm. We do run a tight ship here , please make sure of your travel plans before booking , as we do have a very strict cancellation policy.
Cottages:Sleep up to 8.(New pool not in until 5th cottage is built ) .

Enjoy your stay. Call us for your code  2 or 3 days before  beforeyou arrive. 
The code gets you into lockbox next to your room's door. The Key to your room is inside the lockbox. Lost keys 15$. Without your Code you will not get in. You will be charged for stay. Please print this page, as we do not want any guest locked out of their beach condo. Please note - we are currently under exterior renovation , Inside is complete.

Keys must be returned to lockbox(not front lobby) for check-out. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 12:00.

No Smoking Tabaco, 250.00 fee for smoking in room.  No pets without prior approval , No under Age Drinking , No illegal drugs.. 

Smoking Pot in room is 350.00 cleaning fee and police will be called.
